Order cancellations and amendments must be made at the earliest possible opportunity. Orders started or completed prior to the scheduled production date are subject to our cancellation policy

* The Core Fabric Range (stocked fabric) list is available on our web site.
* The order status code "FW" means Fabric Wait - fabric or componentry currently on order from fabric suppliers.
* Non stocked Fabrics may take 5 days to receive from the fabric suppliers.
* If fabric is on back order (longer delivery time expected) we will contact you to advise the expected production date.

* Fabric in Stock (Kanban) list is updated quarterly and sent out with your statement.
** Figures are allowing a 5 day turnaround for ordered fabrics and componentry from suppliers. If fabric is on back order we will contact you to advise the expected receipt date.
